WHERE DO WE START WITH TRAINING?
You’ll hear us say it over and over…it does depend on your organization. Creating the culture shift you want can be a top-down or a grassroots-up effort. Through our customization process we’ll work with you to gain a clear understanding of where the best place to start would be for your organization.
IS IT OKAY TO HAVE MANAGERS AND THEIR TEAMS ON THE SAME WORKSHOP/IN THE SAME TRAINING?

It depends! (We know, we know) Each organization is different and the less hierarchical tension there is on a team and within the organization the more likely people will feel comfortable bringing their whole experiences into a workshop. During our preparatory calls we’ll work through these questions with you.

WHAT DO YOU MEAN BY CUSTOMIZED/HOW DOES THAT WORK?

This is one of our favorite parts of doing this work. What we know is that DIBE+ training works best when the context is applicable to the organization, which is where you come in. We craft our workshops based on your input – we meet with as many stakeholders as we can, gather information through pulse surveys, focus groups, or DEI committees to align our presentation with the needs of the organization. Our foundational concepts remain the same, however, the topics included in a workshop, the length of time we will spend on a topic and our experiential activities are all finalized with you and based on your input.
